Review

 

I. Primary Evaluation
Criterion for submitting papers:

1. the adequate articles' harmonization within the magazine's profile;
2. actual topic, containing novelty, original elements;
3. substantial scientific content;
4. the articles should not have party political conotations;
5. papers (10-12 pages maximum) should be prepared in Romanian language and in other international language (English, French);
6. they should have a short summary (max. 250 words) both in Romanian and English;
7. articles should have 6-8 key-words;
8. each article will have few information regarding the author (max. 60 words);
9. the author will state that he is responsible for his article's content, respecting the provision of the Law no. 206/2004 regarding the conduct in scientific research;
10. the articles will not include classified information;
11. the authors are allowed to publish one article per issue;
12. the papers are to be submitted both in electronic and in paper format, typed using Times New Roman font, size 12, one line spacing, tables and charts edited separately.

II.Scientific Evaluation
The evaluation is a peer-review one, conducted independently by two scientific reviewers, being professors or fellow researchers. If necessary, we make appeal to a third scientific reviewer, from the Centre for Defence and Security Strategic Studies' staff or a professor from the "Carol I" NDU .

 

In selecting the articles for being published, the following criteria will be taken into consideration: the adequate articles' harmonization within the magazine's profile; actual topic, containing novelty, original elements; substantial scientific content; the articles should not have party political connotations.

 

The authors are responsible for their articles’ content.

 

The published articles are in accordance with the Law of Copyright. All the rights are reserved to „Carol I” National Defence University, no matter if the whole material is taken into consideration or just a part of it, especially the rights regarding translation, re-printing, re-use of illustrations, quotes, dissemination by mass-media, reproduction on microfilms or in any other way and stocking in data bases. There are authorized any reproductions without any afferent fee only if the source is mentioned.
